1. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can check your delivery status online anytime.

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving your package and provide relevant photos or videos. We will solve the problem with replacement or refund.
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only available before the order is shipped. Once the package is dispatched, no address modification can be made.
4. How long will the refund take?
