Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unmarked, undamaged, and in original packaging. All accessories, parts, and boxes must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by customers; Products without original packaging; Customized or personalized products; Items purchased during final clearance sales.
3. Defective & Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos as evidence. We will offer free replacement, full refund, or partial refund based on the actual situation.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment platform may require additional processing time.
5. Shipping Fees for Returns
If the return is caused by customer’s personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If the return is caused by our product quality problem or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
