All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days for delivery. Remote areas may require 15–25 business days. Shipping time may be slightly delayed due to peak seasons, customs clearance, or unexpected logistics issues.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package status online at any time.
4. Shipping Safety
All gaming devices and accessories are carefully packaged with protective materials to avoid damage during transportation. We strictly inspect every package before shipment.
5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If the package is returned due to incorrect shipping address, customer refusal to receive, or long-term unclaimed status, additional reshipping fees will be charged for re-delivery.
